The Secret of God's Power

Born Into War

Battle Cry - Part One

Battle Cry - Part Two
Newness In God

Client: Mulberry International (Not-for-profit organization rescuing orphans in Ukraine)
Medium: Fund-raising Video Script
Excerpt: “...The challenge is significant, to say the least. As you walk the streets of Simferopol, you soon realize the hopes we have for our children, are beyond the wildest dreams of these scattered youth. Most being under the age of ten, these young lives are thrust into a struggle for survival in their critical, formative years. Many may never experience a consistently safe environment. They'll never know the love and compassion of a nurturing family. Their world becomes a harsh hierarchy and any vice that may alter their hopeless reality is bought, sold and used as currency. The young learn from teenage veterans, erecting emotional barriers to stay alive.”

Client: Family Worship Center, Carrollton, KY
Medium: Biography: Pastor Pat Butcher
Excerpt: Pat Butcher serves as the senior pastor of Family Worship Center in Carrollton, Kentucky. In 1988 the Lord led Pastor Pat to found the church with 35 people and has been blessed to see it grow to over 600 members. Pastor Pat’s sense of humor and approachable style encourages a family atmosphere where people grow from sound, Word-based teaching. His candid, yet warm delivery of the Gospel appeals to people from all walks of life, and cultivates a sincere and fruitful faith in the flock. Pastor Pat is married to his lovely wife Brooke and they have two godly children, Carson and Giana.

Pastor Pat is a relationship-driven leader who is gifted in building rural community fellowships. He relies on the Holy Spirit to keep his ministry real and relevant to the social and spiritual issues that challenge rural and expanding communities. Pastor Pat’s primary vision is to continue growing the regional church in Carrollton, and to impact the surrounding ten counties with the message of Christ and the power of God. He has also been directed of the Lord to plant forty Word of Faith churches throughout the rural areas of Kentucky. From these efforts, three churches are already thriving in Williamstown, Shelbyville and Frankfort, with plans underway for new church plants in the near future.

These fellowships are successfully converting wounded, suffering people into strong, faith-filled believers who walk victoriously in God’s plan for them. By the love of Christ and a strong example, Pastor Pat’s burning desire to affect rural America is impacting the state of Kentucky in a dramatic way. His heart is best reflected in the culture of Family Worship Center - a church where friends become family!

Client: Peter Rahme Ministries
Medium: Website – Devotional: The Secret Of God's Power
Excerpt: “I believe Jesus is trying to make the religious leaders jealous here. In one sentence, He tells them “Man, we’re having a (holy) bachelor’s party over here! You expect us to FAST?”. At the same time He is telling them that He is “The Bridegroom”, “Messiah”, the one they have been searching for all their lives in scripture. In that one line, He was inviting them to join the party; to begin a relationship with Him. Why would He have taken the time with them, if He didn’t hope they would respond and join Him? And some of them did.

Now Jesus, being the master surgeon of men and women’s hearts, has a very deliberate purpose in chilling with sinners. Never forget that He is entirely God, entirely holy and one with the Father. Jesus is almighty God. So why does He have a big ol’ BBQ with what probably would be a bunch of insurance auditors by today’s standards (no offense you guys)? The answer lies in the parable He shares with the Pharisees:" Click here to read the full devotional on PRM's site...

Client: Mulberry International (Not-for-profit organization rescuing orphans in Ukraine)
Medium: Fund-raising Video Script
Excerpt: Imagine a place where a third of the population lives below the poverty line. A place where 800,000 children live on the streets. Half a million live in state facilities and 70% of those will die before the age of twenty one. In this place every seventh orphan attempts suicide. Two thousand babies are abandoned each year and one in ten teenage girls will fall pregnant… only intensifying the cycle. From the ravages of a communist past... where God was once banished... these children fight all odds to survive each day. Ukraine has become a desperate situation for children - but God has a rescue plan.”

Client: Peter Rahme Ministries
Medium: Website – Salvation Message
Excerpt: “...Life becomes infinitely more hopeful, light-hearted and confident when the Spirit of God renews your heart. Think about it - the Creator of the universe now backs you up! He goes before you, is your legal Advocate, your Healer, Father, Friend and Provider. Does His existence sound far-fetched? Let me ask if you've ever stopped doing something you knew would be wrong? I would guess you have. In every man and woman a "conscience" exists. This conscience is the voice of your spirit that will live eternally. Your spirit is aware of the spiritual realm which exists eternally. Although our minds are "darkened" because of what Adam did - our spirits are still aware of the presence of the Holy Spirit on this earth. That is why there is a tugging - a constant pull inside of you to seek truth.”

Client: Peter Rahme Ministries
Medium: Website – Weekly Devotional
Excerpt:In Jesus’ daily walk, we are shown He was presented with many opportunities to filter out difficult situations. Instead of always following the rule of law or the strongly expressed opinions of the community, Jesus used His God-given discernment rather than being swayed by popular culture. He healed on the Sabbath, although it was against protocol, telling the lame man to “Rise, take up your bed and walk” (John 5:7-8).
This angered the religious, stuck in the dreary routine of tradition. Jesus deftly turned the traditionalist argument on its head, explaining that to comply with the law of the fathers; they circumcise a man on the Sabbath. Why then should He not make a man well on the Sabbath?”

Excerpt: “Barry Laws set his sights on serving the Louisville community with a fun, safe place to pursue shooting sports. He was well aware that this was a competitive industry there were significant challenges to his dream. From the start, Barry understood he needed help to develop his business plan.
Over the course of a year and a half, Barry put in the necessary time to ensure success. He trusted the Louisville SBDC explicitly and followed their suggestions with devotion. Together, they refined his loan package request through detailed research and market assessment.
Barry landed $1.8 million in financing from First Capital Bank of Kentucky and the Small Business Administration. In his own words, “Their ability to secure such a substantial injection of capital speaks volumes to the benefit of working with the SBDC.” Barry was wise to the challenge but stayed true to his heart, carving out a spot as a local hero. Grounded in reality, he passes along some sage advice: “No it wasn't easy, yes it took over 1.5 years, yes there were major obstacles to overcome, but if it weren't for the guidance of this local organization this journey would have been much different.” ”
